Heather Federman has 20 plus years of foodservice sales success in Southern California, working directly with manufacturers, distributors, chains, business and industry accounts, vending and more. Heather feels honored each day that she is able to represent reputable manufacturers who care about more healthful food options, our environment and the people behind these foods who contribute to their fair production.

Nicole Billig is a foodie born and raised in Los Angeles. She worked with Wolfgang Puck at Cut restaurant for 6 years and then made the transition to Natural Source Sales in 2014. Nicole is the mother of three, a food blogger and is passionate about healthy, delicious foods. Nicole resides on the coast in Southern California.

Mike Murray has been working in the food industry in California since 2008. After 5 years in the wholesale seafood business selling to some of the finest restaurants on the west coast, he moved to the CPG and foodservice food and beverage space working in sales and marketing roles for nationally distributed brands. Mike enjoys practicing Iyengar Yoga, surfing and cooking delicious veggie meals.

John Schoning is a formally trained chef and an industry veteran of 30+ years. He was the first UNFI Western Region Foodservice Sales Manager. John pioneered the national foodservice division for Kettle Foods and also was in sales and management with US Foods for 14 years. John resides in Portland, OR.

Danielle Sustendal is a native New Orleanian who spent the past 11 years in Los Angeles working with some of the best chefs in the business, including Wolfgang Puck. Danielle is passionate about great food and healthy living. Danielle has been developing the fast growing Texas and surrounding states market for nearly two years. She currently resides with her family in Austin, Texas.

Maryann Alonso is native to Arizona and comes from a background of family-owned restaurants, such as “The Wild Cat Inn”, on the campus of University of Arizona in Tucson, and the popular chain “Orange Julius”. With over 15 years of outside sales and customer service, she is excited to represent a line of Natural and Organic foods and beverages. Maryann practices a healthy lifestyle with exercise and is always trying new healthy recipes. She resides in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband of 20 years and a daughter.

Isabel Matheson comes from a diverse background in sales and customer success over the last 6+ years. Between being raised working in her family restaurants and her passion for healthy living, it comes as no surprise that she was drawn to promote organic food and beverages. Isabel is a dog mom, fiancé and Barre instructor in Aurora, CO. As one of the newest team members, she is excited to bring something new to the Colorado and surrounding states’ markets.
